I cannot say enough! I bought a car just over 6 months ago from a well-known local dealer. Unfortunately, issue after issue came up and finally, the motor blew and their " I bought a car just over 6 months ago from a well-known local dealer. Unfortunately, issue after issue came up and finally, the motor blew and their "service contract" didn't cover it or anything else. Long story short, I was stuck with a loan on a car with a blown motor. What a mess! I reached out to at least a dozen car dealers and once I spoke to Sonny at Prestige, I was loyal to them. They were compassionate, creative in how they got me out of my car situation, patient and not at all pushy! What an amazing experience. Sonny kept in touch with me while I tried every avenue of getting out of this car mess, until I had exhausted every option, then that day... He got me in on his day off and I bought the Audi that I didn't think was possible! I had a wonderful experience with them and highly recommend them! More

He made sure to find out all of the things I was looking for and what was important to me in a car. Sean is extremely thorough and I was genuinely impressed with how much he knows about cars; not just Porsche and Audi's either. His knowledge of many brands is extensive. Sean didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Never pushed me, but always guided me. He really made a huge difference in my purchasing experience and I actually feel that he helped me to get the best car for me. That's what made the whole buying experience through Prestige so enjoyable for me. The feeling that my salesman actually cared about what I was getting and how I'd be affected by taking the car- the right car- home with me. I would absolutely buy from Prestige again and in particular I would seek out Sean Farshchi for advice when seeking to buy any brand of car. I was in the market for a very specific car and was having trouble finding any in Utah. I looked around and came across a gem at Prestige Imports in Colorado. I wasn't really excited about getting the car transported or not being able to personally see it myself, but I had to at least call on it. I called into the dealer and asked for a used car rep that could help me. I was directed to Sean Farshchi, we began chatting about the car and I immediately felt alot more comfortable; he did not seem like your typical car salesman. Sean was very friendly and was not pushy in any way. He listened to my situation and immediately explained a solution and what they could do for me. I was a little nervous not being able to actually see the car before buying but Sean offered to take a personalized video going over the entire car. This made me a lot more confident in the condition of the car. I couldn’t believe the level of customer service. It was great! With the most complex part out of the way I wanted to discuss the price. I gave Sean what I thought was a fair price for both of us, he discussed it with his Finance guy and came right back and agreed to my price without haggling or any other dealer tricks that can burn you out. I was shocked that it was so simple. Over the next few days Sean was very thorough and knowledgeable and above all just a genuinely nice guy that I trusted would help me out and keep his word. Financing was a little difficult with my credit union due to me already in the process of selling my car because it had not sold yet. Sean offered me many solutions to my problem and eventually I financed through them which the rate was very competitive and I was able to get the terms I wanted. After receiving all the documents in the mail and signing them I was informed that there was a crack in the windshield which Sean immediately offered to get replaced. The car was transported to me very quickly and the whole process was a lot easier than I thought. The car arrived just how I imagined, I drove it and fell in love with the car instantly. I am very happy with my decision and had no idea buying a car out of state could be so easy and not stressful at all. This has by far been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would recommend them and more so Sean to anyone looking to buy a car. More
