Our Service Consultant, Matt Kurtz, who has always given us excellent service, got me in at a convenient time and made sure that everything was taken care of. Without exception, every time either one of our Audi's go in for their scheduled service calls or even situations such as this last one, Matt and his supporting staff have always given us flawless service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are consistent and very professional in their attentiveness to our needs. Very Nice Facility and Friendly Staff Warren was our sales person and he did a fantastic job. We we buying a certified used vehicle, but you wouldn't know the difference because the staff Warren was our sales person and he did a fantastic job. We we buying a certified used vehicle, but you wouldn't know the difference because the staff treated us no different than customers buying a new vehicle. There was no hard sales tactics, only a fair and balanced negotiation that was very pleasant. We felt that the dealership really wanted to give us the deal we were looking for and they worked very hard to get us BATNA. When you are not treated like another tom dick harry, that makes a huge difference. I am quite demanding when it comes to my Audi (my lady), and Corey respects and understands that. He is the reason I come for all repairs/services to Prestige Imports. Also want to hail the guys in the workshop who do the actual repairs. Pricing is a bit challenging, I have to replace my Audi front windshield and the quote is pretty expensive, still deciding what to do. Also want to take this survey to recommend Stacey, always takes care of my Audi when I bring it for a wash/vacuum once a month.
