Our Service Consultant, Matt Kurtz, who has always given us excellent service, got me in at a convenient time and made sure that everything was taken care of. Without exception, every time either one of our Audi's go in for their scheduled service calls or even situations such as this last one, Matt and his supporting staff have always given us flawless service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are consistent and very professional in their attentiveness to our needs.
