I had a contact at Prestige in Warren Kaye who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He showed me both the new and used vehicles he would recommend under my circumstances. I chose to go with a used vehicle which wold suit my needs at the present time. He showed me four cars that would fit my specs and budget. He was terrific and helped me at every step of the way to get exactly what I need. No sales pitch, no high pressure. He simply listened to my concerns and prescribed exactly what I need. Tires changed. Prompt attention at check in. Service completed in about 2 hrs, 15". Seemed a bit long, but guess ok. No concern about this visit, but when havin Prompt attention at check in. No concern about this visit, but when having tire repaired in Vail for nail, it was noted that the left rear tire was very woren on the inside edge. They questioned that it appeared to be out of alignment. The rest of the tires, which should probably be replaced sometime next year, did not have the same wear pattern. Question if there was some issue when summer tires were put on and aligned. All of the tire work has been done at Prestige except the nail repair, as I live in Vail Thanks.
