Service as you would expect Matt, was very helpful and did not oversell...I asked a lot of questions as quite frankly the way Porsche sets up their window stickers is very confus Matt, was very helpful and did not oversell...I asked a lot of questions as quite frankly the way Porsche sets up their window stickers is very confusing. But Matt worked it out and I received my answers in a timely fashion. I had to run through the paperwork with Van who was a very nice guy but has one of the worst jobs at the dealership which is trying to sell customers all the extra services and insurance add-on's (IE: radar detector, maintenance discount, tire and wheel insurance etc). I think its a horrible job but please don't start out "overselling" me by saying that "10 out of 10 customers buy this insurance" we both know that is not true, and if it was true, its not true anymore so don't say it. Van was very nice when I turned down all of these extras but that little "fib" caused you to get a 4 star rating instead of a 5. Honestly these types of sales ad-on's cheapen the experience of buying a Porsche, plain and simple. I'm sure every dealership is doing it, but it still sucks. More
