I inquired about a car I found on the Danbury Porsche website and got an email from Shima very quickly. We spoke on the phone and I could tell immediately this was going to be a much different experience than I’ve been used to. He was kind, personable and professional. He also seemed passionate about his job. I drove an hour to see the car and to discuss it with Shima. He was the same in person as he was on the phone; No BS, no pressure! I decided to buy the car and came back the following week. He was very accommodating with his time and working around my busy schedule. When I saw the car it was very clean and detailed well. He went thru the car with me and pointed out two things I wasn’t aware of. I’ve owned four Porsche’s now and I can’t say enough about Shima and Danbury Porsche. I was told by other Porsche owners that Danbury Porsche has a very good reputation and they were correct. The showroom and facilities were immaculate. I would highly recommend this dealership and Shima as someone you will want to deal with. I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated and I love the car. Even buying used, I was treated as well if not better than any new car purchase I’ve done in the past. Every step of the way my hand was held, but never pressured. Counseled me appropriately in finding the right vehicle that fit my needs and was within my budget, was honest when inventory they had did not meet my needs and reached out immediately when they found a car that was perfect for me. Day of purchase was such a pleasure, everything was set up and ready for me the minute I arrived (waiting less than 1 minute before I was in the car for a test drive) an in depth explanation of every inch of the car and all features and even helped me set all of the presets so by the time I left, the car was perfectly suited to me. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and, of course, the car is absolutely amazing!!!! More

As soon as I walked in, Shima Fukano greeted me and starting talking to me about the history of Porsche, which he talked at length at which I was very intrigued by. He also talked to me about the different Porsche models in the showroom. I also mentioned to him I had my very own car detailing buisness and he gladly talked to me about that in length and gave me some great advice. Usually walking into a car delarship you are bombarded by sales people trying to sell you on a car. This was quite the opposite, I had an amazing experience with Shima and learned a lot.
