Scott Doty and Danbury Porsche I have purchased / leased about 10 Porsches from Scott Doty at Danbury Porsche over the last nine years, starting with a 2011 GT3 RS 4.0, and includin I have purchased / leased about 10 Porsches from Scott Doty at Danbury Porsche over the last nine years, starting with a 2011 GT3 RS 4.0, and including a 991.1 Carrera 4S, a 2018 Panamera ST Turbo, a 991.1 GT3 RS, a 991.2 GT2 RS, a 991.2 GT3 RS, and most recently a 991.2 Turbo S, as well as several Cayennes for family and friends. Some of the cars have been very complex special orders - PTS, many Exclusives options, limited availability. Throughout the almost decade long association with Scott, he has been an exemplary sales associate (Brand Ambassador), extraordinarily patient, thoroughly knowledgeable and immediately responsive to myriad post sale questions and concerns. He has been able to pull inordinately large rabbits out of extremely small hats and has been hugely supportive of me in my sometimes contentious relationship with Porsche Cars North America. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I spent 175k on a new car. The car is great, the dealership full of rotten people. It starts at the top with Steve Haas the GM. Impossible to get on I spent 175k on a new car. The car is great, the dealership full of rotten people. It starts at the top with Steve Haas the GM. Impossible to get on the phone and just doesn't care about you once the car is sold. Wont call you back....and if he doesn't like what you have to say - he hangs up on you. My salesman Mike Killeen was even worse. He should be selling at Toyota. Killeen actually asked me to get his kid a job the moment I bought the car....embarrassing. The service people are pretty good - but these sales guys will upsell you on everything, and once you drive off the lot - they'll never deal with you again. Both of these guys couldn't be less professional. I wish I never bought at Danbury. Go to Greenwich or Fairfield - it will be worth the drive to avoid these glorified used car salesmen...…. More
