Jamal seemed to be professional upon purchasing our Panamara GTS however when the car was delivered there was damage to the driver side marker to which I photographed and emailed him. He said It shou Panamara GTS however when the car was delivered there was damage to the driver side marker to which I photographed and emailed him. He said It should go away and if it didn't he would take care of it. Mind you we live 9 hours away from that dealership. It did not go away and so I contacted him only to be told very rudely that too much time has gone by and I must have done the damage. I have time stamped images on the day of delivery. Jamal only seems to care about the sale and once that it done his customer service lacks professionalism. More

Also, DO NOT put down a deposit on any special, premium, or other allocated car. I placed a deposit for such a vehicle more than 5 years ago and was told each year that "they were 80% sure that this was my year," and of course it never was. Later, right after COVID, I was told the same thing, but this time I was also told that if I even wanted to have a shot at the car I'd need to offer $75K+ above MSRP - HALF AGAIN THE BASE PRICE OF THE CAR. So desperate was I to get my dream car, I even agreed but STILL never was given a chance to buy. They will pretend to care about you, but they don't, and will sell the car to whoever offers the most money - even if they haven't been on a waitlist. Worst of all, their reassurance was so frequent and so believable that I turned down multiple opportunities to buy the same car, at MSRP, from several other dealerships, but stupidly turned that down because I believed their lies and I'm a fiercely loyal customer. I even convinced my wife to buy a car she didn't even want from this dealership just to reinforce that I'd be a long-term customer and increase my odds of my number coming up. What a joke. Your loyalty will not be returned unless it's backed by dollars. In the end I was strung along for 5 years, never really having a chance at the car I wanted, while being periodically offered other used cars, standard models, and even different used limited allocation vehicles I wasn't interested in, and which I wasn't allowed to test drive it. In the meantime, I'm sure many other buyers who were willing to throw money at them simply walked right up and bought the car I'd been promised year after year. If that's not you, don't shop here. It's where childhood dreams go to die. More
Vindictive if you don’t buy tires from them. Erroneous charges that you have to fight to get your money back for. Damage vehicle won’t make good on it during service appointment. Among the most arrogant, smug, pompous, uncooperative individuals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In my experience this dealership does not stand behind their work and correct their mistakes. I would recommend finding a different Porsche dealer to conduct business with. Here is the situation. I purc their work and correct their mistakes. I would recommend finding a different Porsche dealer to conduct business with. Here is the situation. I purchased a CPO Cayenne Turbo online in July 2021 trusting the dealerships CPO certification process to deliver a mechanically sound vehicle. I then paid a friends college age daughter to pick it up and deliver it to my summer home 4 hours away in northern VT. The Cayenne arrived at my home with a severely chattering transfer case (Porsche calls is a transfer box) and a chassis fault (PASM malfunctioning and would not go into Sport Mode). it is possible that the chassis fault occurred on the trip from dealership to my home but the transmission chatter from the failing transfer box (a common known problem in the Cayenne) indicates that the dealership never even test drove the car in the CPO certification process. Awful. Now the worst part, they declined to make it right and come get the car, repair it and return it to me. They also declined to arrange delivery or transportation for me to Bradley airport when I offered to fly in and out of there to get the car close to them on my own time and expense (there are no Porsche dealers in Vermont and Canadian border was closed). They simply refused to make the repair process easy for me and make me whole for my out of pocket expenses (never mind the huge inconvenience). I will NEVER EVER do business with Danbury Porsche again. I ended up getting the car to Hoffman Porsche near Hartford and they were EXCELLENT and even offered to pay me back for the Porsche Roadside excess towing charge to get it them even though it was Danbury Porsche's fault. I highly recommend Hoffman who went out of their way to make the process convenient for me including delivering the car close to Bradley to make my retrieval simple and fast. More
