My standards in employees is extremely high. You could not ask for a better representative for Park Place than Kevin. He gets an A+ /5 stars in every category: responsiveness, attention to detail, timeliness, warmth in communications, professionalism. From experience, I know that Porsche standards for its representatives is very bigh. I have talked with many different dealers looking for my next Cayman (I never buy new - only low mileage, pre-owned, Certified), and I have to put Kevin at the top of the list of all Porsche representatives I've dealt with. That includes the three Virginia dealers with which I have had personal, face-to-face dealings. I had a lot of concerns with the 51k mileage on the '11 CS that you had, but Kevin went above and beyond to get me all the information to alleviate my concerns. I was close to making an offer on the car. Even though I am not (yet) a Park Place client, I will be glad to be a recommendation source for both Kevin and Park Place as to the highest level of service. I visited Park Place Porsche looking for my first Porsche and was lucky enough to be assisted by Eric Mazariegos. I was a bit out of sorts that day and had left the house without my drivers license, but Eri and was lucky enough to be assisted by Eric Mazariegos. I was a bit out of sorts that day and had left the house without my drivers license, but Eric was accommodating regardless and let me take out a beautiful little Cayman S for a test drive. One major concern was that the car wouldn't fit in my driveway because of a steep entry angle, so Eric suggested I drive the car home and see for myself before going any further with the purchase. Well, I did, and the car fit in the driveway like a glove. Perhaps these seem like little details, but it was exactly what was needed to put me at ease with purchasing the car. The rest of the deal that day and each subsequent interaction went just as smoothly. I had been looking for a 2007/2008 Porsche 911 4/S Cab for approximately 6 months. This was the first one I found that was what I wanted in style, color and options. I worked with Kevin Shevlin via internet and phone regarding my inquiry regarding the 2007 Porsche 911 4/S Cab that Park Place Porsche had advertised on the internet for only a few days. Everything went very smoothly with Kevin’s help in answering all of my question regarding the car. An appointment was setup for the next Saturday morning. On Saturday morning I met with Kevin and we test drove the vehicle. The Porsche met and exceeded my expectations. Kevin was very accommodating in answering my questions. When I had in-depth questions regarding the service history of the vehicle, Kevin knew who to contact, Chris Manchaca, who provided all the answers to my service and maintenance questions. After committing to purchase the vehicle, Kevin worked with me on my trade and initial paperwork. Kevin then escorted me to finance to work with Pat Carroll. Pat was super and everything went smoothly during the finance process. Kevin then gave me a thorough review and demonstration of all the features of my ‘new’ Porsche and I was done.
