His communications were timely, clear and with no pressure. Being a customer service advocate, these are important to me. I met with him at the dealership and he was thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle. Again, no pressure. The next step was the paperwork. A lot of it was electronic other than signing the paperwork. Again, he was thorough. As with other dealers, options were offered with an overview...no pressure. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Now that I have the dealer relationship with Teiryn, I intend on continuing. More
