Porsche Chantilly is a great facility and personally I had a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with service representative Michael Esprella. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of everything I requested. Michael really made the experience great with his professional and caring demeanor. I own a 2019 Porsche 718 Cayman. I brought the car in for a wing adjustment. While the car was being serviced, Porsche completed two recalls I was unaware existed. Communication throughout was great and they informed me of everything they would be taking care of. Upon my arrival to pick up the car, Porsche was having a nice get together with Porsche enthusiasts. Lots of great cars to be seen and just a fantastic day overall. What a great facility, top notch.
