Porsche Chantilly provides a warm and welcoming environment for its customers. I was very impressed with the professionalism of its employees and the courtesy they extended to me. During my first visit there, Sita (Host) did an excellent job of familiarizing me with the various parts of the dealership. Syed (Sales Consultant) was keen to earn my business, and highly responsive to my various questions. Brian (Sales Manager) emphasized the dealership's goal of ensuring I had a positive experience and moved the final steps of the purchase along smoothly. Diana (Finance Director) patiently walked me through the various warranty options for the vehicle, which helped me to feel confident about making my selections. Emerson (Pro) thoroughly explained the car's features and maintenance considerations, answering many questions along the way. Eric was amazing! !! We had the best car buying experience ever!! Eric takes the time to explain how to operate the car before the test drive. On the test drive he high !! We had the best car buying experience ever!! Eric takes the time to explain how to operate the car before the test drive. On the test drive he highlights all the great features of the Porsche. We told him we were also looking at the Audi. Eric was so polite and did not have anything negative to say. We drove the Audi, but the Porsche Taycan 4S was the clear winner!!! Eric made sure we got a good price for our trade in, it was a real win -win for us!! We picked out Porsche merchandise to purchase, but Eric gave it to us as a gift!! Eric did a real deep dive in the Taycan’s operation before we drove home and took photos of my husband and me to memorialize this great event!!! Eric is the real deal, we will be back for Porsche #2.
