The service experience here is awful. It’s weeks before they can even take a look at your car and their loaner cars are booked out for weeks as well, so tough luck, you’re on your own. I also own a Range Rover and a Mercedes, and while other dealerships have delays as well, Porsche Chandler is an outlier. It’s easy to sell the vehicles when they’re in short supply and the demand is high, unfortunately the service aspect is not acceptable for a luxury brand. More
