When it came time to pick up the Cayenne everyone at the dealership was super friendly. Even the employees who were not actively involved asked if they could get us a water or something other to drink. Processing the paperwork with Ginger was very informative and she was really friendly. Kevin walked us through the Cayenne set up and took all the time my wife needed to understand the operation. As we live in southern California, we couldn't visit the show room but dealing with Nick and Josh, and eventually Ginger, was stress free. All told, from the day we called the dealer to when the car was delivered, it took a total of 8 days - everything was done over the phone, email, and Fedex overnight. I'm sure we could have shaved a day or two off by signing and returning the paperwork immediately returning but we took our time going over it and felt very comfortable finally signing. After looking at many web sites, we found the exact car we wanted at Porsche Chandler at a better price than anywhere else. Even including the cost of having the car shipped to us the price was lower than our budget. Over all, buying the car from Porsche Chandler was a great experience. More
