Excellent online car buying experience! My OCD got the best of me and I decided to try to buy my birthday (May) car early if I make a deal on the car I had in my sights. Porsche Chandler is about an 8-hour drive and I felt it was within range to drive down, drop off my trade-in and pick up the new car if we agreed on a price. With financing in hand I started the process of negotiating via email. Knowing I was anxious to buy, but also jumping the gun on my birthday present. It was exciting and fun to work the negotiations without sitting in the showroom with the car in the background prompting me to spend more money than I budgeted. We agreed on a price, Chris sent me the Purchase Agreement which I signed and returned, made arrangements to drive down the following Friday and complete the transaction. Arrived at Chandler Porsche around 2:00 PM for them to check out my trade-in and inspect my new ride. It was already staged and ready to go. Was on the road home by 4:00 PM with the top down and very excited and happy with the whole experience. More
