The best car buying experience ever! Perfect salesman! I live in New Orleans and found the car I was looking for at Porsche Chandler in Arizona. Fortunately my salesman was Chris Pauken. I was very uncom I live in New Orleans and found the car I was looking for at Porsche Chandler in Arizona. Fortunately my salesman was Chris Pauken. I was very uncomfortable buying a car long distance and sight unseen. Chris had wonderful patience to answer my many questions, send me many pictures, and explain in detail the process of a long distance purchase following up with detailed emails. My son flew out to pick up the car and Chris picked him up at the airport. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. More

Simply a wonderful process - beginning to end My husband and I were searching for a new car and had a good idea of what we wanted. We went to the dealership to look at both new and used cars and My husband and I were searching for a new car and had a good idea of what we wanted. We went to the dealership to look at both new and used cars and found that there was a great inventory of both. We were greeted on the lot by Chris and He took us through The different models, we test drove a few, and then made our decision. The sales process then went into the standard dealmaking. Chris was not overbearing, or did he ever use any annoying sales tactics. It was a pretty simple process from the beginning to the end. Chris did a great job. Overall his technical ability in answering the questions, his undivided attention with us during the process, and then getting the vehicle into our hands really was a delightful process. More

Great buying experience, even better car My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them. More

Everything was ready for me and exactly as it was described. My vehicle was clean, filled up with gas and ready to go. From the beginning the process was very easy, smooth and pleasant. Everything was described right away and I received updates every step of the way. I highly recommend Adam and the team at Porsche of Chandler!!!! Wonderful Porsche purchase experience I purchased a new 2018 Macan GTS from Porsche Chandler. Chris P. was my salesman, from the start. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and not pushy at I purchased a new 2018 Macan GTS from Porsche Chandler. Chris P. was my salesman, from the start. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and not pushy at all. He provided the basics of the car, answered all of my questions, and let me test drive; as opposed, to talking at me the entire drive. He was patient with my struggles between which car to purchase and my desire to test drive multiple cars. Furthermore, he worked with pricing on a similar vechile in Tucson. After the sale, Chris thoroughly ran through everything in the car with us. We were at the dealership significantly past close, but Chris remained thorough and patient. I have had horrible experiences at other Porsche dealers in the valley, as the sales people have been rude and extremely judgemental. My husband and myself are so grateful we made the extra long drive to Chandler. In addition, Ginger, in finance, was so sweet and provided us with multiple options and was not pushy to upsell anything. We will be returning to Porsche Chandler for future sales.
