Great place to buy a Porsche. Also service is always good. We just bought a new Macan S and traded in our Panamera. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. Also service is always good. We just bought a new Macan S and traded in our Panamera. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. More
When looking to buy a car Porsche Chandler had advertised a 2014 Porsche Cayman S for $53,900 and with the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty. I found this on their website and it was listed as a CPO car. I a 2014 Porsche Cayman S for $53,900 and with the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty. I found this on their website and it was listed as a CPO car. I called Porsche Chandler to express my interest and verify the color of the car once that was confirmed they offered me first right of refusal after a deposit. This is mostly chronicled in email as well. Since they had just received the car it was not immediately for sale but I did obtain first right of refusal and signed a quote. The sales associate told me it would be 10-14 days for the car to be inspected and CPO'd. I checked in 2 weeks later and discovered the salesman I had worked with was out of town. I then talked with Lee Jones (sales manager) and asked if the car was ready and he said yes and when I checked how the warranty worked and he said they weren't going to warranty it at the advertised price but would do it for $2600 more. This was false advertising as the car was listed as a CPO vehicle and I have emails from the sales associate saying they would CPO warranty it. After much back and forth I agreed to buy the car for $1000 less than listed but they still refused to CPO warranty it or take the cost of the warranty of fully. After they asked how my experience was I told them and went all the way to the dealer owner to inform him of their false advertising but they said it was not because I ended up buying the vehicle. This does not change the fact that they falsely advertised the vehicle and took advantage of the scarcity of cars to make the sale. If you try to buy a CPO Porsche here be sure to take plenty of screenshots and get everything in email as they will take advantage of you with a bait and switch if possible. More
In January of 2023, I purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster from Porsche Chandler. During the walkaround of the vehicle, salesman Chris Pauken commented that the rear glass had “been replaced” while speaking o from Porsche Chandler. During the walkaround of the vehicle, salesman Chris Pauken commented that the rear glass had “been replaced” while speaking of the other service items that had been done to prepare the car for sale. I test drove the vehicle and I agreed to purchase it. During the drive home, I noticed distortion in the rear window and learned that it was actually plastic, and not the glass that was original to the vehicle. I notified both Chris and Haydn Howe (General Sales Manager) of the glass issue the next day and Chris claimed he made no such remark and that it would have been $9000 dollars to replace the top since the glass could not be replaced alone. I reached out to multiple Porsche experts and one (Nathan Merz) who has a lengthy relationship with the brand and is the Porsche Club of America’s Valuation expert. I provided him photos of the top with the plastic, and he was stunned that a Porsche dealership would do this and not simply replace the glass. He said, “That has to be the oddest story I have ever heard, especially a Porsche dealer.” Few people in the US have the knowledge of the history and product line more than Nathan. I reached back to Chris, explained to him my concerns and he passed the issue onto his sales manager, Lee Jones. I spoke to Lee and he assured me, after reviewing the facts and options, he would get back to me. He never did. After three weeks, I initiated a call to him at which point he said he had no resolution. Prior to the call, I sent Lee and Chris a copy of THEIR sales brochure that was provided to me and was posted online, that indicated the vehicle came with a rear defrost. I asked Lee how he wanted to resolve the lack of rear defrost. He openly admitted they failed but provided absolutely no resolution and expressed a desire not to continue the conversation. I was then passed off to Jason Hair, the General Manager. Like Lee, Jason was not willing to right their wrong, refused to take any responsibility, and then questioned the expertise of Nathan Merz, claiming “Your guy does not know much about Porsche’s.” Jason had been the GM of Chandler Porsche for around a year, coming from the neighboring Subaru. Jason was not sure which year Porsche went from plastic to glass read windows and was also unsure of if plastic could be heated. He also mis-pronounced the brand name repeatedly. In general, he demonstrated a staggering lack of customer support, honesty, and product knowledge. He was extremely rude and confrontational. He also blamed me for the oversight in the sales brochure. Every step of the way I was ignored. Chris, Lee, and Jason, all demonstrated zero attempts to resolve the situation and went as far as to say I was lying and it was my responsibility. This is behavior what you would expect from a second rate used car dealership, not from Porsche. The experience was poor at best, and completely dishonest at worst. Porsche Chandler might sell high end cars but employs low end salesman. Disappointing. More

I would give them negative stars if possible. Stay away!! These people are terrible, poorly trained, and surprisingly condescending! Service is extremely overpriced. They damaged my 911 and put me through xxxx to get it fixed. I had to redo the annual service at a reputable dealership due to their incompetence. I complained to GM Jason Hair and it fell on deaf ears. He actually could not care less for their mistakes. Read his response below and you’ll be able to tell how they treat their customers. They scratched an immaculate 911 GTS and the level nonchalance was shocking. Bottom line, stay away!! More

Horrible customer service. Great at not responding to their online service reps. If you enjoy being ignored and marginalized, this is the place for you. Bought a pre-owned BMW X5 from Porsche Chandler from out of state. Joe was very accommodating throughout the process and reasonably responsive. Joe picked me up from the airport and the team was extremely f of state. Joe was very accommodating throughout the process and reasonably responsive. Joe picked me up from the airport and the team was extremely friendly during the purchasing process. Bob gave a great summary throughout the paperwork process with no pressure to sign without reading the terms. There were a few minor issues with the car including extremely minor wear and tear, manufacturer issues that were covered under warranty, and missing non-essential items but it was sold as-is and to be expected from a pre-owned vehicle. Joe and Haydn are aware and working to see if Porsche Chandler can help with any of the outstanding items and I'm hoping for a positive resolution on some of the smaller items. More
Porsche Chandler is a very well run family owned dealership. They operate the store with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate referring them to anyone looking for a Porsche. dealership.
