Porsche Chandler

I wish I could say that my experience at this dealership was great, but sadly that was far from the truth. My husband and I have been interested in a Porsche for a few years going back and fourth between a was great, but sadly that was far from the truth. My husband and I have been interested in a Porsche for a few years going back and fourth between a Cayenne and a Range Rover. We finally decided to make our way to the dealership where we were met by Emil. I have never felt discriminated against before until my experience here. My husband and I are under thirty and thankfully have the ability to purchase a luxury vehicle, but I can assure you that Emil made us feel like we could not and had no business being in a Porsche dealership. In fact he even told us that we should go and look across the street at the Audi dealership. This was before he even had any chance to run credit on either of us. Not only that he also said that he could not help us for a few reasons 1. We may not be approved and we would have a better chance at being approved on a Monday. 2. "He was about to get busy because there was potential other new buyers walking up and he needed to help them over us". Unfortunately, Emil made it very evident he did not think we could afford a car from him. We left and headed to Land Rover Chandler where we purchased a new range rover sport the same day and had the best experience. Oh and they were able to reach out to the bank and have us approved within 30 minutes. Porsche just lost not only our business but we will make sure that none of our family or friends purchase from this dealership in the future. I hope that this dealership can learn from this experience and treat every customer the same, what has happened to simple human kindness. More
