Perfect !!! Just arrived in the Boston area, I decided to buy a new Porsche Macan. I went to the dealership Herb Chambers in Boston to see one in real life. After being badly received by a seller who doesn't take me seriously, I met Michael, Porsche dealer in Burlington, at a cars and coffee. It's nice to meet someone as professional, who take the time to listen and offer solutions. The deadlines were met and I have always been informed of the developments of my vehicle. So I got my Porsche Macan last week and I'm happy. Thank you to Michael, Philip and all the team at Porsche Burlington. More

We traded in a 2006 ML500 we bought at Chambers as well and serviced at Chambers in Somerville which for the entire time we had the ML500 we had a great experience and relationship with Chambers. We are looking forward to bring well cared for at Porsche Burlington in the same manner. More

Have been looking for my second Porsche, and was pleasantly surprised on how thorough the salesman was even though they did not have the exact car I was looking for. If Herb Chambers wants to sell me my next three cars his dealership will have to do better. Two weeks ago I took delivery of a 2014 Porsche. I had called the dealership to set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle and I requested an appointment at 3:00 P.M. on a Saturday. I was told that 3:15 P.M. was available. My wife and I arrived at 3:00 P.M., because there was not as much traffic as we had expected and the salesperson with whom I had the appointment was the only person in the show room at the time and he was not at all busy. He was quite pleasant and we discussed the vehicle, but I had the feeling that he was not very knowledgeable about Porsches. We went for a test drive and I liked the vehicle so we then discussed the deal. A deal was finally agreed upon with the help of a sales manager, and we then proceeded to the paperwork. Since there was to be no financing it ought to have been a short process. Surprisingly it was not. After waiting for almost an hour the sales manager came back from the Audi dealership to suggest that I might want to come back another time to finalize the deal. I agreed to return on the following Monday. I returned on Monday and it took about ten minutes for me to sign the necessary paper work to consummate the deal. Previously I had told the salesman that I wanted to take delivery of the vehicle on Wednesday of that week, but on Monday he said that he had forgotten about my request and had another delivery scheduled at the time I requested. Therefore I waited until Friday afternoon when I had the time to return to take delivery of the vehicle. On Friday the salesman went over the vehicle and its various systems with me, and he did not seem real comfortable with his knowledge of the vehicle. For example he told me that the vehicle does not have rear fog lights and it does, and he told me that the CD player can store and play multiple CDs, but in reality it only stores and plays one CD. Tomorrow it will be two weeks since I took delivery of the vehicle and I have not heard one word from anyone at the dealership. A fact that I find somewhat disappointing. At other dealerships through the years I have received thank you letters from someone at the dealership and always a follow up call from the salesperson asking me if all is well with the vehicle. On a positive note I hasten to mention a very good experience I had at this dealership. During the first weekend of ownership I went through the manual to familiarize myself with the vehicle and its systems and I had some questions. Rather than call the salesperson I decided to call the service department to ask my questions and I was pleasantly surprised to be connected to Frank. He was very polite and helpful, and he answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. More

Always has a car for me, gives genuine advise on service, makes it easy all round and is just a nice guy who knows his product and his customers. From the front door to the shop in back this place is a class act that follows thru on they're commitments and w a smile and a shared passion that just feels genuine and professional . As a person who is ocd regarding the state of my Porsche, I was happily surprised by the customer service I received from Burlington Porsche. I made my appointment with Jen and had my Porsche in and out of there running better and I dare say cleaner than when I left it.
