Dave also went above and beyond to help us out, coming in on his day off to PICK ME UP and bring me to the dealership to get my car. I enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him; buying a car was a matter of course. I would absolutely buy my next car from Dave. We help you buy one.” That’s definitely the feeling that I got at their Burlington Porsche dealership. I recently took delivery of my second Porsche Cayman, both transactions with Philippe Chanial. Philippe personified that idea of helping rather than selling. He understood my requirements, helped me understand the various options, and objectively validated some choices I had made. I truly appreciated his no-pressure salesmanship. Most importantly, his interest didn’t stop with the sale. He was very responsive and helpful in dealing with some post-sales situations involving service, warranty, finance, and body shops. If he wasn’t immediately available, one of his colleagues got back to me. This is how buying and owning a car should be. More
