Philippe personified that idea of helping rather than selling. He understood my requirements, helped me understand the various options, and objectively validated some choices I had made. I truly appreciated his no-pressure salesmanship. Most importantly, his interest didn’t stop with the sale. He was very responsive and helpful in dealing with some post-sales situations involving service, warranty, finance, and body shops.
