Brought my 2011 Cayenne Turbo to a couple of independent shops- no one could determine the cause of water ingress on the right front floor of the vehicle! Brought it to Frank in the service department of Porsche of Burlington. He was great! Steve, the service mgr also assisted and was very attentive and patient as I described my dilemma. The great news was that Porsche of Burlington solved the problem! Both Frank and Steve kept me informed during the whole process. Communication was excellent! Both were very professional! Price quoted and estimate of time involved were right on the money! Price was very fair! They even cleaned the car for me! Porsche of Burlington has made a loyal customer out of me- I just dropped off my 2002 911 convertible to have the convertible top calibrated! Top notch in all facets of the business!
