Louis and the Porsche Dealership goes above and beyond in customer service- but in this case Louis interfaced with Porsche and resolved my issues better and faster than I thought possible. Louis worked with Porsche and had the issue resolved within one day ... I am a loyal Porsche customer, and had just ordered a 2024 Cayenne S - Porsche not only makes GREAT cars, but has exceptional service and staff like Louis Pradel that make Porsche unique.
