The car was priced quite fairly, and they were able to provide excellent financing. The customer service was fantastic and friendly. Good experience at Porsche of Rockville Good experience at this dealership. Dexter Jay was very helpful and the experience was without stress. This is a new location so there are some early problems as documentation is confusing as papers say Porsche of Rockville or Porsche of Bethesda. Also there is no obvious customer parking and the telephone system has some early problems as their phones say Capital One Bank or Safeway when they call you. Easily fixed problems. Not Happy - Great New Service Center - Poor service exper. After the great experience from driving your Porsche into their service garage and lovely lounge, my service experience was poor. I drove my 986 in After the great experience from driving your Porsche into their service garage and lovely lounge, my service experience was poor. I drove my 986 in which I modified and dedicated all of time and work into the engine, custom exhaust and and other minor modifications. The greeting staff was great, but the service advisors lacked understanding in reference to the work i communicated to execute. After, service (this past Saturday) my battery cover was not installed. I found a hand grease mark in my quarter panel, and I was not completely satisfied (After spending hours detailing my 986). I needed to bring my 986 back into service moments after it left the service center because my coolant indicator light remained on, as soon as I Porsche’d out of there service garage (and they were not amicable for my return). I called Monday (today), and requested to speak to the manager. Lewis informed me the manager shall return my call within 10 minutes, 10 minutes came and went, it is now, past 7Pm, and I still did not receive a call nor vm from the manager (i called in the early opening hours). At the end, the drive-in experience was great, the greeting staff is friendly, but, their service advisories (🤔🤔) and the amount of times I called in order get a hold of my advisor was inconvenient, I was transferred numerous times, and when attempting to call him in his Direct dial, I was unable to locate him. 😕😕😕.. I hope in the near future they will be able to manage their team in order to communicate thoroughly, and be available to talk, and run a thorough inspection before returning the vehicle to their clients. NOT happy. More

Real good guys here. Walked into the dealer, looking at current 2018 Macan S, rather than settle for what stye had, Charlie, (GM) said "let me find your car". A week later, drove out a 2018 Macan S, black on black, placed out trim, 20 inch spider wheels & the must have trailer hitch. Joss in finance out got in and out in no time. Owned Acura, Audi, two (2) many Mercedes Benz's and 4 BMW's and this was by far my best car buying experience. Nice job guys! More

Yesterday, I received a tour of the new facility, which is absolutely beautiful! The waiting area is spectacular. You can see your car being serviced. Strongly recommend this dealership. It is clean, comfortable, and easy to access off of 355. It will not surprise me if this becomes the #1 dealership in the Wash DC area. More
