One frustration - I made this service appointment online, and they responded by email confirming this appointment, with drop-off at 11:00am(my request) but estimated completion at 5:00pm! I intended to wait at their showroom for completion, so it's too long a wait (and oil change shouldn't take that long anyway), I emailed back trying to clarify the point. There was no response. Another email was sent Still no response. Finally I had to call them just before I left home for drop-off on the day of service. They promised the work completion within 2 hours, that's exactly what happened. So, good work at the shop but very poor and frustration communication up front. More

Zero wait time to meet a sales rep. Dexter was very patient and addressed all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like a normal person. Not like a customer. I got everything I wanted & they invited me back at my convenience for a more thorough detailing and a gift. General Manager, Michael & their finance guy, Neil are also fantastic. They stayed with me until 12 am nearly holding my hand. They even bought my mother and I dinner. Great experience. Thank you. More
