Pure Arrogance I have had nothing but issues with service at this dealership. Anytime I call or go into the dealership it is like they are doing me a favor and frankly Rockville / Bethesda Porsche service are the reason why I will never buy a Porsche again, Alex the service manager is the worst of the bunch.
