Had a great experience test driving the Lexus I purchased with Dexter....impressively knowledgeable about the specifics of the car and it's ownership history. The used car Sales Mgr., Tony, was likewise accommodating, good with price negotiations and made sure the final product would meet all of my needs and expectations. I dealt with Ari for the pickup of my vehicle who also made sure the car was re-detailed, any nicks touched up and final delivery was perfect. All in all, a great buying experience! Prior to driving to Maryland I talked to Bruce Kim multiple times to discuss the car that I had found on line. Bruce was very informative in all conversations about the car as well as in my efforts in making the decision to purchase this particular car. I was comfortable in knowing that he was being honest about the car as well as the dealerships ability to follow through with providing me a car that was exactly as they had promised while shopping from long distance. As expected, my experience when I arrived at Porsche Bethesda was very friendly and warm as well as very professional.
