Always the exact part every time. I have been rebuilding my 1984 Porsche 944. It came to me with a bad engine so I found another engine. Although I plan to rebuild the original motor there were all sorts of other problems with additional missing parts on the engine and drive train. When I come in for parts they have all the documentation on the car and find the exact part i am looking for every-time. When I put the part on the car it always fits perfectly. Sure feels good to deal with people who are so helpful and knowledgeable. This will be a long relationship. Thank you. More

We had gone to this location to basically see how good of a drive the 2018 Cayenne could b We recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne at this dealership. We had gone to this location to basically see how good of a drive the 2018 Cayenne could be and ended up driving home a beautiful black on black Cayenne. We (my wife, daughter and I) do great amount of research before we buy things, and it was the same with the Cayenne too. As a part of our research the visit to this dealership was to take a closer look at the vehicle and possibly to take a drive - that’s all. Upon arrival at the dealership at around 7:00 PM, we met Jay Dexter. When I had called this dealership from DC, for an appointment, I had talked to Jay and he even had offered to pick me up from the Kensington train station. Jay is a wonderful individual who worked with us more like a friend than a sales person. He showed us the vehicle, answered all our questions and from his side we had absolutely no push or pressure to do anything. Only when we asked about the next step, he connected us with Tony to talk about the pricing, options and getting a reasonable deal etc. Generally the price and negotiations, are tricky and sticky too. However, working with Tony was an absolute pleasure. Our negotiations were effortless and there was no pressure from Tony at any point and if we had wanted, we could walk away anytime. We saw a friend in Tony who was genuinely trying his best to meet the needs of our family. It is needless to say that we instantly struck a deal. By all this was over, the time was well passed 9:30 PM,and yet Tony made sure all our questions were addressed and made sure that the car was ready for us drive home that night. Then Tony had us meet with Josh - another terrific person, who did all the financing work including getting the best servicing options, interest rate etc. I think at this point it was passed 10:30 PM, however, Jay, Tony and Josh continued to work with us as if the day has just started! Finally, we drove back home in a beautiful black Cayenne. The entire buying experience at Porsche Bethesda was similar to meeting and treating long-time good friends. It has been over a month since bought our Cayenne and are thoroughly enjoying every ride in it. Well, about our buying experience, here is more. I had jokingly mentioned to Tony about some Porsche accessories, and he mad sure that we received reasonable discount on accessories and even gave us a complementary Key holder. For ove a month I visit the dealership, a couple of times and Tony, Dexter and Josh go out of their way to accommodate my needs including giving immediate attention to check and service the vehicle. Additionally, other wonderful folks like Philip the service manager, Cindy and others at this dealership always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable! To say the least, I have visited this place just to say Hello to my new friends, Jay, Tony and Josh. Our buying experience at Porsche Bethesda was absolutely enjoyable, we got a great deal on our Cayenne with of course ‘no buyers remorse 😜’, and we had the opportunity to meet a bunch of genuinely good folks - who are now our riends. More

Starting immediately from entry into the service lane employees are polite and accommodating offering tea/coffee and other snacks. I received daily calls and updates about my vehicle and the issue was repaired when other local shops could not. While some of what I'm describing is not unique and should be expected, I found the high level of care and attention to detail very impressive and will continue to go out of my way to use Porsche Bethesda in the future. Exceptional just like the vehicle I usually use Porsche at Silver Spring (which is also exceptional) since it is closer by, however I had a flat tire occurring nearby this dealership.
