In addition Louis Pradel always accommodates my last minute request which are few and far between as the build of my 911 which is my daily driver (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring) is just amazing (only oil change, tire and brake pads). Basically my experience during the purchase of my car at another dealership, the service at this dealership, the quality and reliability of my 911 has just made my present car experience the best by far.
