In addition Louis Pradel always accommodates my last minute request which are few and far between as the build of my 911 which is my daily driver (Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring) is just amazing (only oil change, tire and brake pads). Basically my experience during the purchase of my car at another dealership, the service at this dealership, the quality and reliability of my 911 has just made my present car experience the best by far. Great Service, as usual I had my Cayman R in to diagnose and fix an electrical issue (turned out to be a dead sensor). He knows I ask a lot of questions and want details on the work that needs to be done, so he called me with the tech (Adam) who was working on my car. Not every dealership will provide this kind of access to their techs. All of my experiences with this dealership have been positive, and I strongly recommend them for sales and service. More
