I had a great follow-up conversation with a very thoughtful sales manager regarding the misunderstanding about the condition of the 2011 Mercedes Ben I had a great follow-up conversation with a very thoughtful sales manager regarding the misunderstanding about the condition of the 2011 Mercedes Benz CL550 that I recently returned. This would have been my 2nd vehicle from Porsche Bethesda. They're reasonable and I still like them. Perhaps the Porsche garage mechanics misdiagnosed or didn’t recognize the undercarriage damage on the CL 550 vehicle. The vehicle does have a lot of great accessories and cosmetic positives going for it, but my Mercedes mechanic says that the vehicle would need $8500-$12,000 to get it back to factory spec. It would make a great project car for the right price. More

I purchased from Porsche Bethesda because they made the best offer after I emailed several dealers asking for the out-the-door price on a particular special-order car. After accepting the offer, the dealer produced precisely as promised; no effort to subsequently change the deal, add last-minute add-ons, or fudge in any way. They also accepted my special order as proffered. They did not suggest accessories or inflated customizations. Finally, upon delivery, Porsche Bethesda assented to my request to transfer the car to me in the shortest possible time, without any sales presentations on aftermarket products, insurance offers, or gimmicks. On delivery day, I was in and out of the dealership in c. 30 minutes. I signed a slew of standard papers, was given a cursory review of the car's features (I didn't require anything else), and left. The Brand Ambassador (ie sales associate) was also refreshingly and uncommonly knowledgeable about the product. (Who knew that, appearances to the contrary, only one rear fog light is intended to illuminate? The owner's manual is silent on this fact.) Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Porsche Bethesda. More
