I purchased a 2023 Cayenne S from this dealership. Overall the purchase experience was very good and our salesman Brian was straightforward and generally a pleasure to deal with. The facility is outstanding as you would expect of a Porsche dealership although parking is very limited. The car was delivered just as promised. I did consult with the service department post sale about a slight hiccup and Phil in service was excellent. I will note however that our salesman promised us all weather mats post sale as a courtesy for purchasing the vehicle from him and although I did inquire about them a couple of times he failed to deliver on them, which was surprising given how professional everything else was handled. I visited this Porsche dealership on June 1 to view the Macan model, and it was literally one of the best visits I've ever had at a car dealership. Brittany was my advisor, and the whole process was so smo Macan model, and it was literally one of the best visits I've ever had at a car dealership. Brittany was my advisor, and the whole process was so smooth. They valeted my current vehicle, and Brittany had the Macan waiting for me to check out. We took it out for a test drive on Rockville Pike, and it was fantastic. She just let me drive around and really test out the vehicle. It was very relaxing not to have to take some predefined route. Overall, what a fantastic experience. I didn't buy the vehicle yet, but it is on my short list. And the biggest thing of all is they didn't pressure me to buy a vehicle on the spot. They are letting me go through my process in my time. More

Worst experience ever with this dealership. Dealt with Alex, Doug,Cindy. No one ever called to see why my experience was so poor. The car was released with damage to the center console and swirls all over the paint when I told them not to wash it. Alex the service manager is the worst. They are too blind and arrogant to care. I even talked to the sales manager who was supposed to talk to the GM. Thought Cindy was my friend but she's just as fake as ever which hurts personally. They only care about the positive reviews. The 2 managers post fake reviews on Google. Should forward this to corporate. More

Update…The salespeople are good guys. This would have been my 2nd vehicle from Porsche Bethesda. They're reasonable and I still like them. Perhaps the Porsche garage mechanics misdiagnosed or didn’t recognize the undercarriage damage on the CL 550 vehicle. The vehicle does have a lot of great accessories and cosmetic positives going for it, but my Mercedes mechanic says that the vehicle would need $8500-$12,000 to get it back to factory spec. It would make a great project car for the right price. More
