I just had the “We Owe You” work completed by the service department. Nicole Pascua was my service representative and Jessica was the service coordinator. They made the experience easy & great! I showed Nicole the work that needed to be done and told her not to fret too much over some of the scratches that I had buffed out the majority already. She responded that it was Porsche Bellevue’s job to do and that they will do it right/anyways. The work on the remaining scratches looks so much better than what I did. Nicole/Porsche Bellevue could have taken the easy way out but instead took the time and effort to do the job correctly, winning an advocate for your services! The rim repair looks so much better-leaps and bounds better than before. Nicole had my loaner car ready to go; when picking up my car had everything set and easy. We made my 6pm commitment without a problem. Porsche Bellevue clearly runs an excellent service from appointments, work product, to car runners-the service at Porsche sets the bar. The Porsche Bellevue team approaches their duties with a different attitude that makes you want to get your car serviced at the dealership. More
