Got it right Needed a second key for my Cayenne and after a couple of issues and delays they went above and beyond to make things right. Service manager Andrew did not even bother to reply to voicemail, service representative Matt was frustrated that I would complain when he was not even "responsible" (Gabe, the original rep was out of town). Customer service on the level of a used AutoNation lot. Dealer is a poor representative of a great brand and great products. Very similar experience among multiple other Porsche owners I have known with this service department. Let Porsche USA know this dealer is terrible. More
