I've had Porsches since 2007 and have had many service advisors. While all have been good, Nicole Pascua has been and is, by far, the best. She is friendly but professional -- she represents the Porsche advisors. While all have been good, Nicole Pascua has been and is, by far, the best. She is friendly but professional -- she represents the Porsche brand flawlessly. She never fails to go the extra mile to accommodate my scheduling and vehicle servicing needs. But most important to me is that her advice and honesty over the years have earned my complete trust. My trust in Nicole's knowledge and professional support is playing a substantial role in my decision to purchase one of Porsche's more demanding maintenance/servicing models: a 911S Turbo. I would have engaged the build in any case -- I do not want to mislead -- but, as a woman, I cannot quantify how reassuring it is to know that Nicole will be overseeing the maintenance of this vehicle.
