I brought my 911 in for a couple recall fixes that should have been completed during the day. I left the car there and took a Porsche supplied ride elsewhere. We were new to the dealership having purchased our car out of state. Treated me like their own. Love the cars, sellers are great. But but I do not like the service or the insurances and other services they bundle with the car. I pre paid years of services, and took my car every year, I shared a few concerns that it was leaking in many visits. They said it was fine while I was covered. 3 months after services expired, the same issues I shared before turned to be critical, I had to pay 12K out of pocket. I couldn't even use all the pre-paids, because they voided the last one because it was over the deadline, ignoring all the issues with the pandemic. Not ok. Also I had issues with the insurances they sell and never got a response years ago. I feel they abused me in moment when I cant do anything about it. You don't have a lot of alternatives which is maybe why they can follow this questionable business practices. But if you do, take them. More
