Very helpful and courteous this time. Nicole was helpful and provided a loaner vehicle. It all started with three unanswered voice messages in the service center. I was forced to make my service appointment online and in the process unable to reserve a loaner car. Finally on the day before my service appointment Lee called. I told him how disappointed I was with the lack of communication from the service department. Lee took over and things went smoothly after that, although there was no option for a loaner car at that point - he did arrange for transportation for me during the service. Sadly, and I do not blame Lee for this, the crew that washes the vehicles delivered our 2020 Macan to the front lot for me to drive home. It look like it had been driven through a very muddy road construction zone. We just had the car detailed a few weeks prior to this visit and we have never seen our car so filthy. Lee immediately took the vehicle back and had it washed again. Credit to Lee for doing his job, but thumbs down for the overall experience with Porsche Bellevue . More
