I made an appointment for annual service on my Cayman. At the time, I requested to drop off my car on the afternoon the day before my appointment and asked for a service loaner. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was informed there was no loaner available and they did not know when one would become available. I was told someone would call me when a loaner was available. I left. A couple of hours later I was notified a loaner was available and I returned. The rest of the appointment continued without issue. Not having a pre-arranged loaner available when reserved was inconvenient and poor service. This is not the experience that should happen at a dealership that aspires to achieve superior service. Not indicative of the Porsche brand. More
Professional, clean facility. Clearly explained the service performed. Out the door $5400 +tax. Extremely expensive,and i believe over priced for a 40000 mile service. More

Very disappointed and angry. Serious issue when I picked up my 2021 Taycan Turbo S from service. I brought my Mobil charger and the cable for reprogramming. This cable is stored in my garage and drags on the floor and is not very clean. When I picked up the car the cable was dirtier and Someone throws it In the back seat of a pristine and clean 220K car? Why not have the courtesy and put it in the trunk or under the front trunk. Absolutely no respect. Even Simon stated that it should have been put in the trunk. Not very professional. More
