Service was exceptional and I would recommend Bellevue Porsche to others. The only thing to be aware of is a $480 Oil change is ridiculous. I didnt get the service I want. As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time As a professional Porsche dealer, you dont do the body shop, and you dont have the parts which are two common bulbs in my car. You just waste my time and $300(tax included) on diagnostic fee. I also dont understand that why these bulbs are not covered by warrenty. Clearly it is not like tires, it should not be broken often. The most important thing I want to mention is that during my recent inspection in Porsche Bellevue, my car was suggested to replace the front brakes which will cost me $1500. But after that I took it to another dealer, I was told the brakes can still last for 6000-10000 miles for no problem. So clearly they were trying to sell something unnecessary to me. I have no problem to my Service Advisor, he was gentle and polite and answered all my questions, but I think the process or policy is broken. More
