Everyone at the dealership was great. Attentive, open about the vehicle's capabilities, what they had to offer, etc. As a woman shopping on my own for a new car, this dealership was wel Attentive, open about the vehicle's capabilities, what they had to offer, etc. As a woman shopping on my own for a new car, this dealership was welcoming and understood that I was serious about buying. My experience at other high-end dealership in the area was not always the same - dismissive or just completely ignored me - their loss, Posche's win and mine too as I love my new car! Jonathan Rustvold was a great brand ambassador and really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I got the vehicle that met my needs. He and Jac Rigoni spent more than an hour with me going over the vehicle, setting up all the options and making sure I understood the vehicle from front to back. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! !! If you're state requires any type of emissions, you are making a huge gamble. I'm in California and they sent me a vehicle that failed emissions, t !! If you're state requires any type of emissions, you are making a huge gamble. I'm in California and they sent me a vehicle that failed emissions, thus cannot be drivable/registered. Their management simply said that I was the legal owner and that I am responsible for it. Alex Reath, the General Sales Manager said that they do not have to comply with other state's emission standards since they don't do that in Washington. Plus, they delated fault codes while vehicle was in their possession according to the vehicle data currently in vehicle's computer. Faults codes/check engine light was reset 50 miles ago; they have had the car for the last 200+ miles prior to me receiving it. Vehicle still sitting on my driveway. Absolute fraud! More

I’m new to the Porsche world I’ve owned my cayenne about 2 mth needed some recall work done on headlight had it done and could out my transfer case was slipping UGH big expense but thankfully I got a extend 2 mth needed some recall work done on headlight had it done and could out my transfer case was slipping UGH big expense but thankfully I got a extended warranty on it that covered most of the expense my service guy Landon was awesome I sent him the warranty information and he did all the leg work finding out wats covered appreciated that saved me a head ache they gave me a great loaner a brand new cayenne was amazing got my car back after 7-10 days it’s running like new again thank you Landon for the help! More
