Did not receive an entire vehicle! Because of the rural area I live in I decided to expand my search to out of state dealerships after an attempt with Carvana. Buyer beware of dealing out of state with thi area I live in I decided to expand my search to out of state dealerships after an attempt with Carvana. Buyer beware of dealing out of state with this dealership. They might basically know about Porsches….but not about other used makes or model vehicles. And for a company that prides themselves on 43% of their business coming from out of state…you would think they could provide detailed instructions for registration of your new vehicle in your state. But no they can’t! Nor do they take care or pride when dealing not in a face to face matter. Once they have your money you are on my own. They even cancel the 5day 250 mile return policy! That should have told me something. I took my vehicle once received to my mechanic for a used vehicle inspection. 3 major components…bad tires, not all 4 matched on an all wheel drive vehicle, the cargo privacy hatch cover was just missing, and finally a 5 year old battery with less than 20% charge. And they told me the warranty does not cover any of those items! I finally registered a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office. STAY AWAY! More
