Love the cars, sellers are great. But but I do not like the service or the insurances and other services they bundle with the car. I pre paid years of services, and took my car every year, I shared a few concerns that it was leaking in many visits. They said it was fine while I was covered. 3 months after services expired, the same issues I shared before turned to be critical, I had to pay 12K out of pocket. I couldn't even use all the pre-paids, because they voided the last one because it was over the deadline, ignoring all the issues with the pandemic. Not ok. Also I had issues with the insurances they sell and never got a response years ago. I feel they abused me in moment when I cant do anything about it. You don't have a lot of alternatives which is maybe why they can follow this questionable business practices. But if you do, take them. More

Nice dealership with comfortable waiting area. Very quiet. While I realize some customers might not want to be bothered but I walked around the show room looking at new cars and not one person o Very quiet. There were at least 3 individuals at desks in the show room area - not even a “hello”. Also amazed at the cost for a simple oil change ($500). More

He always kept me informed throughout the whole process from build to shipment to receipt of the vehicle. Dealer systems and management are very disjointed and do not provide staff with ability to effectively service prospective customers. I was notified twice that the car I had reserved was sold. Calls to th not provide staff with ability to effectively service prospective customers. I was notified twice that the car I had reserved was sold. Calls to the dealership were not able to clearly determine the status of the car and messages to management unreturned. Only after personally going in and questioning staff was the car able to be located. Horst was helpful to resolve the situation locating the car and assisting to complete the sale. However, it was a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration caused by confusion and lack of communication. More
