Not Customer Oriented I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne to this dealer for some warranty work and a "recall" notice item. They were two weeks out before they could see my veh I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne to this dealer for some warranty work and a "recall" notice item. They were two weeks out before they could see my vehicle. I brought the vehicle in and was told they would need to keep it for several days and therefore was given a loaner car. After several says I called to check the status and was told they had to order a part. Several days after that I checked again--since no one called me--and was told they still didn't have the part. What a joke. They kept my vehicle for almost a week and did not fix "anything". They should have give me my car back after they found out they did not have the correct parts to fix it. NOT KEEP A CUSTOMER'S CAR FOR A WEEK AND NOT FIX ANYTHING. After I explained to them that I wanted my car back and to contact me when the parts were in, they finally fixed it the following week. More

Having sold me my previous car with the care and attention to detail in terms of customer service and truly making you the most important customer regardless whether it is new or pre-owned. Negotiations are a fact of car buying, but they made it feel more of a friendly chat then the former. I truly pleasureable experience and have been to other dealerships where it just about making numbers and you are made to feel like just a number, this is not the case at Sunset. Whether it is an Audi or Porsche, experiencing both I can say that the family values are the same across the brands. More

Great work, even better loaner vehicles! Swung our Cayenne into the shop for routine maintenance and to look into a few other issues. Everything was addressed in a timely manner and solved. The additionally loaned us a beautiful new Audi A4, last time was a brand new Audi A6. What fast, sexy autos. I would highly recommend this dealership for any service work on your German machines.
