The service people were also very attentive when I took the car in for a dealer paint and interior coating protection options that I purchased with the sale. What a great experience! I have debated quite a while....over a year with the most patient, genuinely knowledgeable, and patient new friend, aka....our professional associate I have debated quite a while....over a year with the most patient, genuinely knowledgeable, and patient new friend, aka....our professional associate Nick. I would never had the patience to deal with me for over a year! Nick did! When Ii finally decided, Yes Yes Yes, I want a Panamera, Nick worked diligently in finding the white with a light interior. Nick did it and he was able to secure the particular model that I wanted and was able to get it to Sunset within two weeks! I was shocked but thrilled. When the car arrived, Sunset put the wheels in motion, making sure everything was perfect for the delivery. Delivery and the introductory to my new car went well. Nick did a superb introduction to a vehicle that is not just a Prius but a very sophisticated vehicle. Each day I learn something new and am thoroughly loving the complete Panamera.
