Excellent Service at Sunset Porsche My Boxster is a year old so it was time to take it in for the annual service. This was my first visit to the new location and I was awed by the beaut My Boxster is a year old so it was time to take it in for the annual service. This was my first visit to the new location and I was awed by the beauty, elegance, and practicality of the facility. I was met by Nate who reviewed the service appointment with me. The service was very quick and about an hour or so later my Boxster reappeared, freshly washed and ready to go. Mike, the service technician, came out to discuss the service with me. In the spirit of brevity, this was top quality service and the entire event exceeded my highest expectation. I was short on time and quickly met up with Scott Larson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the attributes of the almost $30K in options I had chosen. He assisted in dissecting what each of them were and why they would make the car the ultimate both for me and possible resale. With that, I placed the four month order and he kept me periodically apprised of where the factory was in the manufacture of my highly anticipated car. Upon delivery, he assisted in complete orientation of the vehicle as well as coordinating the transporting via truck, due to snow and icy conditions. Finally, he accommodated me on a few merchandise items making the purchase feel it was more of a win/win for Sunset and myself overall. More
