Excellent Service at Sunset Porsche My Boxster is a year old so it was time to take it in for the annual service. This was my first visit to the new location and I was awed by the beaut My Boxster is a year old so it was time to take it in for the annual service. This was my first visit to the new location and I was awed by the beauty, elegance, and practicality of the facility. I was met by Nate who reviewed the service appointment with me. The service was very quick and about an hour or so later my Boxster reappeared, freshly washed and ready to go. Mike, the service technician, came out to discuss the service with me. In the spirit of brevity, this was top quality service and the entire event exceeded my highest expectation. Also a shout out to Nick who helped resolve a minor issue with the parts and service departments. A job well done. More

I was short on time and quickly met up with Scott Larson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the attributes of the almost $30K in options I had chosen. He assisted in dissecting what each of them were and why they would make the car the ultimate both for me and possible resale. With that, I placed the four month order and he kept me periodically apprised of where the factory was in the manufacture of my highly anticipated car. Upon delivery, he assisted in complete orientation of the vehicle as well as coordinating the transporting via truck, due to snow and icy conditions. Finally, he accommodated me on a few merchandise items making the purchase feel it was more of a win/win for Sunset and myself overall. More

Sunset - A Personal And Tasteful Approach My wife and I finally agreed on my lifelong dream of owning a Porsche. We were hopeful there would be no high sales pressure as purchasing a Porsche c My wife and I finally agreed on my lifelong dream of owning a Porsche. We were hopeful there would be no high sales pressure as purchasing a Porsche can be an important family decision. As we expected Scott was very helpful and laid back as he arranged a great demo drive. He did a great job steering us into the correct model for us.....the .Macan S. This car drives like the 911 and hauls a baby seat or two! When it came time to "crunch the numbers" we were a bit over our heads on our initial budget but Scott and Sunset were able to find that sweet spot! Done deal! Scott and his team then toiled for 30 min in the 20 degree Portland blizzard to swap the Thule roof racks on our new "ski sled."! I'm certain we'll be back for other Porsches in the future. Stellar Customer Service I had my car previously in for service at Sunset Porsche and was treated well. So now that I needed new tires I researched it and found Sunset to be c I had my car previously in for service at Sunset Porsche and was treated well. So now that I needed new tires I researched it and found Sunset to be competitive so I called Ian at Sunset to discuss. He recommended tires and paid particular attention to my concerns of the usual front end "skipping" which I felt was somewhat excessive. I had the recommend alignment done, and an oil change. I have the car back now and... no skipping (or extremely little), it was pretty intense previously when doing tight turns on gripy concrete surfaces typically found in underground parking garages - the shudder is almost completely gone now and the difference in the tires is huge in a positive way - the car drives much better. What I liked about the experience was that Ian met me, knew who I was, knew exactly what I wanted, gave me what I wanted, met the schedule he had promised, charged the amount of the exact initial quote, was pleasant to deal with during the entire process and he had the car washed both inside and outside for free (love that). How can I not be happy with all of this? The main thing is that the car drives so much better and it was no hassle to get this done. You won't be disappointed if you visit Sunset. Next time for me? It's back to Sunset Porsche More
