The explanation of the service preformed was very precise and clear. The hand off from Ian to David was seamless and the pickup of my car was exceptional! I have never been disappointed with Sunset but it seems the service has gotten even better thru the years with each visit. Keep up the good work!! More

Redeemed by Sunset We had all but given up on Porsche, but Sunset was able to change everything with their commitment to serving the consumer. There is a bit of a back story to our experience spanning about 9 months but I'll try to be brief. I can say for certainty, if it wasn't for Sunset Porsche and their service department we'd have a different attitude about Porsche service and truthfully about Porsche altogether. We came upon a relatively common problem with our Cayenne and although Porsche USA said they would help it was only under certain circumstances. We'd taken it to another dealer for diagnosis due to my work schedule conflicting with service hours at Sunset, however Porsche USA could only provide assistance at the dealer where diagnosed. We couldn't viably have the work done at the alternate dealer so I then called Sunset Porsche's service department and spoke with Nate Kittleson who IMMEDIATELY went to work talking with his manager and working on a solution to our problem. Nate and others at Sunset Porsche went above and beyond by stepping up and working with us to resolve the issue when Porsche USA could not accommodate our situation. This is definitely a sign that those at Sunset are incredibly concerned and dedicated to taking care of and KEEPING Porsche owners happy. Frankly I was shocked to learn they would help in the way they did and based solely on this one experience, I would recommend Sunset Porsche for any service issues not just by the impeccable work performed on our Cayenne, but the entirety of the Service department.
