Routine service I felt that from start to finish the entire process was seemless and efficient. Having this being my first service experience with the Porsche produ I felt that from start to finish the entire process was seemless and efficient. Having this being my first service experience with the Porsche product it was a bit surprising to be told that my routine 60k service would be a little more than $2000. I think it would have been nice to have explained if there were other options such as waiting till I reached 60k ( at 52k ). Even if these options were explained to me I probably would have made the same decision but it affords the customer some comfort in paying for a $2k service More

When we got home we noticed that the wheels on our car were not the wheels on your web site or our work sheet. We called Larry Wendell and eventually he came up with a fair compromise. We would rather have the 20" wheels we thought we paid for but can live with the compromise. More

Hands down the best service experience I've ever had! I've had many luxury vehicles over the years, Mercedes, BMW etc. but this is my first Porsche. I brought my vehicle in for service, new tires, 20k mile service etc. With this being my first Porsche i wasn't sure what to expect and was extremely nervous. Ian Prater was my service representative and he was hands down the best service person I've ever worked work. He communicated throughout the process and would call me before I called him - that's outstanding customer service! I loved the service so much that when my wife's Mercedes lease is up, I'm getting her a Porsche, I just wish Ian could also be my sales rep too, but i'll take him as my service guy any day- he's that good at his job. I wasn't intending to buy a new Porsche, but when I walked into the Sunset Porsche dealership later that week, Lance Gearing welcomed me and we drove a new version with all the "bells and whistles". It made good financial sence to trade in my old car for a new one since the new car was under warrantee, had all the features I wanted, and I didn't have to deal with trying to sell my 2014 next year.
