Fortunately, Kyle McLean of Porsche Beaverton, phoned and indicated that they were finishing the prep on a vehicle that fit my requirements. He provided a Courtesy Hold on the vehicle until I arrived the following afternoon. The test drive and subsequent purchase was smooth and efficient. Kyle is highly knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and is a non-pressure sales professional. He took the time to familiarize me with all of the operational details of the car, the Owner's Manuals and stepped me through the vehicles maintenance schedule. All of the staff that i interacted with, were professional, courteous, and spoke highly of the dealership. I attributed their comments to it being a family run business. It is an exquisite, spacious and friendly atmosphere that none of any other dealership can match in Portland. My test drive experience of the Porsche Cayman is out of my expectation. It is just exceptionally good. My adviser Lance provided thorough and in-depth answers of my specific questions. That really helps in terms of picking the right options and packages should it come to the custom order. Details of standard features were also explained by Lance in a highly professional manner. I was made to feel very welcome and given all the information I needed to make a decision without a heavy handed approach to buying a car. The cars sell themselves, its Porsche after all, but the dealership experience will keep me coming back. I was coming out of a lease of a Cayenne S and was evaluating my options. Nick patiently answered all of my questions, gave me insight on the new Cayenne design coming out and identified a Macan S that he thought I might be interested in for the time being. It was waiting for me when I arrived for a test dive. The lease financing experience was also easy, as was the closing of the transaction. Great briefing on the Macan options as well and Nick contacted me later to make sure I still loved the car. Great experience and I expect to be a repeat customer! More

New car buying experience. Mr. Jesse Evans took us from "Welcome to Sunset Porsche" to "Enjoy your new car! He told us all about the Macan line, patiently answered questions, t Mr. Jesse Evans took us from "Welcome to Sunset Porsche" to "Enjoy your new car! He told us all about the Macan line, patiently answered questions, took us for an informative test drive. Never pressured us. One of our existing cars is a Lexus sports ute, which the "new" car was to replace. Following the test drive, we immediately went and drove a new Lexus sports ute. There was no comparison in comfort and performance. Returned to Sunset a few days later, spent some time with Jesse, telling him exactly what we wanted, he searched and found one that had just arrived on the truck the day before and had everything we wanted, plus a few more options. We walked to the storage lot where it sat, still wrapped in new car coverings. Walked back, started filling in paperwork, car was sent to make ready. Next day, car ready, Jesse spent time going though all the bells and whistles with my wife, the main driver, while I finished the required dotting of "i" and crossing of "t", and off we drove. Dealing with Jesse and the process was painless and rewarding. We REALLY like the car....if its quality and Sunset's service department are equal to Jesse and the purchasing procedure, we will know we made the right choice picking Sunset and Porsche. More
