Our first Porsche purchase. Tan Tran and team made it a great experience. We traveled 200 miles to buy from them rather than locally. Thankyou!! great experience. We traveled 200 miles to buy from them rather than locally. Thankyou!! More
Luke was very professional. But I expected the car detailing to be much better than it was. Unfortunately, the personal data and settings from the previous owner was not erased or reset. This is a critical issue as personal data should not ever be available to anyone else! More
Gregg Rennord is a top rate professional, thorough, honest and personable. The showroom is actually a pleasant place and the "customer garage", out of the Oregon elements is brilliant. honest and personable. Been talking to Ian Killough since 2019, interrupted by vacation and Covid late 2019, early 2020...back in the States summer and fall of 2020, closed a deal with Ian and Porsche Beaverton just in time for vacation and Covid late 2019, early 2020...back in the States summer and fall of 2020, closed a deal with Ian and Porsche Beaverton just in time for the start of March madness. Never was considering a Porsche until I walked into Porsche Beaverton to check out the cool cars in the Porsche show room. Introduced to Ian, that was all it took and never looked back. If there is such a thing as a "perfect" Brand Ambassador, that would be Ian Killough. He had the extreme patience to guide me into the driver seat of a very cool Macan S. Also, I must say, the team behind him at Porsche Beaverton were first class, i am an extremely satisfied customer. More
I have been buying my Porsche at this dealer ship for over 10 years. They provide the best service and Gregg is always extremely helpful. over 10 years. They provide the best service and Gregg is always extremely helpful. More

Luke Trelease did a great job. I wanted to do the whole car shopping experience via email. He did exactly as I asked (5 star) and didn’t demand that I call him (so he could give his sales pitch) before se car shopping experience via email. He did exactly as I asked (5 star) and didn’t demand that I call him (so he could give his sales pitch) before sending me EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR — the “out the door price” on the vehicle. The “3-star” rating is all about the “total fees” that dealerships now love to tack on. In this case, my “best out the door offer” gave me a $1000 discount, then pulled $800 of that discount back in with the words “total fees” added into the price. Edmunds, Consumer Reports, AutoTrader are full of articles on how this method is to add profit back into their sale. I was an out of state customer, so I wasn’t paying title or licensing in their state. Ohio has, according to Edmunds article, a “median documentation fee” of $75, as high as $150 if filed electronically — so I should expect a $150 documentation fee as an out-of-state customer. None of this justifies the “total fees” of $800. Granted, as I ruled out the vehicle, I didn’t give Luke the opportunity to justify — or back down — off of the “total fees” addition to the cost; but, I was truly disappointed to see this backdoor profit technique added on. Their final price put the car $318 below KBB avg cost for this car. Fine. But not the $1,110 that they would lead me to believe. Ugh. More
The customer buying experience was second to none from start to finish. Ian Killough was our main contact, but we also had excellent discussions and assistance from Alex and Luke. Ian's interaction was fr start to finish. Ian Killough was our main contact, but we also had excellent discussions and assistance from Alex and Luke. Ian's interaction was friendly and efficient and he came across very trustworthy, responsive and reliable. Having worked in the past with other car dealerships (non-Porsche), this interaction was exceptional. It felt like they wanted us to feel like we were special while advising us on the Porsche Brand; which is a special product. The conversation was very informative, but not pressurized. We ended up buying a Macan S and were extremely pleased with the overall process and procedures we experience. We would recommend this dealership and Ian, Alex and Luke to anyone who is interested in considering a world class vehicle. More
