I made an appointment for service at Porsche Beaverton and was told a loaner would be provided. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told no loaner was available. I had to leave, and a new appo and was told a loaner would be provided. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told no loaner was available. I had to leave, and a new appointment was made 10 days later. No apology, No valet service offered for the future appointment. I was left to believe that my time wasn't valueavle. When you buy a Porche you're not just buying a quality vehicle, but also an expectation of service and experience. Sadly the customer service experience is more disappointing than the malfunction of the vehicle which was also an out-of-character expectation. I've bought from multiple other luxury dealerships in the area and this is easily my worst experience that will affect my future purchases and my influence on the purchases of the people in my network and community. More

I recently bought a car from Porsche Beaverton and it was the most amazing experience. This was my first time purchasing a car for myself and I was very nervous and afraid I would get a salesman that would t the most amazing experience. I did a lot of research beforehand and I knew the price I wanted to stay within as well as the features I wanted. Once I begin looking on the Porsche Beaverton website, Ian reached out to me and walked me through the process from beginning to end. We were in contact for over a month while I waited for the exact color and model I wanted to arrive. Once I went in to the dealership, he was helpful, pleasant, and patient. It was obvious he wanted to put me in a Porsche because I wanted to be in one, not because he was dead-set on the sale. I walked away with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted thanks to him.
