The best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! Over the years, I've purchased numerous vehicles, both new and used, and this was hands-down my best experience. It was extremely refreshing to solely deal with Steve throughout the purchase process, vs the traditional experience of being handed off to multiple people. Further, the attention to detail was phenomenal, and little things that you wouldn't think make a difference certainly does. i.e. portering the car after my test drive (while we were completing trade-in and paperwork) so I drove off in a completely fresh car; having a full tank of fuel; and even having a full size folder with all of my paperwork (rather than trying to cram it into a legal envelope that won't close.).
