Easy transaction with a fair price I'd been looking around for a Porsche Cayenne Diesel and Porsche Barrington had the largest selection of any other dealer I could find in the Southeas I'd been looking around for a Porsche Cayenne Diesel and Porsche Barrington had the largest selection of any other dealer I could find in the Southeast Wisconsin/Northern Illinois area. I reached out via the internet and got a response back from Sharon. We went back-n-forth via email a few times during the day and got to the point where we agreed on a price for the Cayenne as well as on my trade after I sent in pictures of my Tahoe. It wasn't until we started talking about when I'd come in for a test drive and to complete the paper work that I realized that she was actually doing all of this while on vacation. Nice dedication on her side to help get the deal done. The next day we got all the financing work ready to go because I wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. When I showed up the car was exactly as described and detailed. I'm anal and I couldn't find a thing they skipped on the detail job. Sammy spent a good 10-15 mins going through everything after the test drive and it took probably another 15 mins to go through all the paperwork. Nice. I ended up getting a fair price on a CPO'd with a warranty to boot and was in and out of there within an hour or so. I will without a doubt look at the Motor Werks dealerships next time I'm in the market for a car. More

I called, spoke to SAL BADALAMENTI, who immediately tracked the car and got me a quote - It was good enough to get me to drive the hour and a half to Barrington. SAL is personable, smart and knew his stuff. We've stayed in touch after I purchased the vehicle and he doesn't hesitate to research any questions I have. Even if I might annoy him a little. Next I met BRIAN GUZY, the awesome GM, who gave me the deal I wanted, found me an upgraded loaner (BOXSTER S ftw), and crunched numbers on a Carrera T for me. Brian has been diligent and offered me the best customer experience I've had, and trust, I've purchased many cars. Finally, NICOLE SCHOMER the finance manager who rightfully earned that title. She was so quick and smart to crunch my deal that I left smiling and feeling like I earned a new friend. Nicole had her work cut out for her since we are registering the car in FLORIDA and the system didn't have the accurate tax numbers. So after dealing with corporate she nailed the numbers and even modified the agreement. At her advice, I purchased the tire coverage which was brilliant since the very next day I got a flat tire. The car was taken to Barrington where I was given the upgraded loaner, they ordered the tire and everything was handled so smoothly by ASH my service advisor. It's going to be difficult to purchase a car elsewhere. Thank you to this awesome team, I look forward to working with them in the future. More

Despite being at another location, when I was looking to purchase a new sprinter he made it a point to get involved and ensure that I had the best service experience possible and worked very close with Kevin the sprinter manager to make that happen. On several occasaions he went out of his way to meet me at different dealerships so that he had a personal tie to ensure things went smoothly. He replied in timely a manner to all questions, he and Kevin both gave me periodic updates as I ended up ordering a new vehicle, which is amazing because with such a busy schedule I didn’t have to stress about staying on top of them and know what was going on. They were very proactive, which is hard to come across now a day. More
