I sold my car to Porsche over a month ago and was promised by Steve Meloney that I would be receiving the overage between the payoff balance & the sale price we agreed on, which is over $4200. I was shopping around for a Porsche Taycan and I saw one for sale at Motor Werks of Barrington, IL. Requested to see if the car was still available and if so, I had a trade that would be used for the purch for sale at Motor Werks of Barrington, IL. Requested to see if the car was still available and if so, I had a trade that would be used for the purchase on the Porsche Finder USA website. I was contacted by Sharon Lee from Motor Werks. From the initial phone call she was very nice and professional. She sent me the build information about the Taycan and explained everything in detail that I had questions about. Within the same day, I had given her my trade information and she had given me a quote that afternoon as she had promised. After coming to an agreement, she sent me a buyers order with the breakdown of cost that I would need to take to my bank to purchase the Taycan. No pressuring me to buy the vehicle or trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. She was so nice that she worked with my bank loan personal to make the process seamless. She kept me informed of everything that was going on and was in communication with me constant to help expedite the deal. Even before the deal was complete, she gave me the contact information of the car transport that she has used that was reliable. Until I signed the last document to seal the deal, she was there for everything that I needed. Sending pictures of the Taycan, seeing the PPF being installed on the vehicle and even a picture of the vehicle being loaded to transport. Sharon Lee did more for me remotely, than all of the salespersons that I have worked with in person. She is a true asset to the dealership and if I purchase another Porsche, it will be from Sharon!
